Recently, a seminar on market demand analysis, technology and capital support for the Chinese gear industry, as well as a cooperation and docking meeting between Chinese and foreign enterprises, was held at the Saixiang Hotel in Tianjin. There were over 300 representatives present, each from various units in the gear industry chain both domestically and internationally.

This conference firmly grasps the two major breakthroughs in anti fatigue and long-life gear manufacturing technology, as well as the industrialization of self owned brand automotive automatic transmissions. It advocates for integrated innovation in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control, and information technology, and calls for technology, capital, and domestic and foreign industry university research cooperation with me as the main force.

German Industry 4.0 is a hot topic at this conference. The attending representatives had a heated discussion around German Industry 4.0, combined with the current situation and future of China's automotive gear industry, demonstrating a sense of crisis, urgency, and responsibility.

On the basis of single piece ring rolling process, numerical simulation is conducted on the forming process of double piece ring rolling. By analyzing the stress-strain distribution, geometric shape, and forming size of the forming process, it is shown that the stress-strain distribution law is generally consistent with the deformation process of single piece ring rolling, and the geometric shape and forming size meet the requirements. By comparing and analyzing the material utilization rate of single and double piece ring rolling forming, it is found that the material utilization rate of the double piece ring rolling forming process is improved compared to the single piece ring rolling forming process, and the production efficiency is improved and the cost is reduced. The proposal of this process provides an important theoretical basis for future production practice.
